Job Description:

An expanding Fire Engineering consultancy in London is seeking a highly driven Fire Engineer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and innovative environment where your expertise will be highly valued, and your contributions will directly impact exciting projects across multiple sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Producing detailed fire strategies for various building types
Developing fire statements in line with London Plan Policy and Gateway One
Negotiating fire safety designs and proposals with approval authorities
Conducting peer reviews of fire engineering calculations, including smoke modelling and evacuation analysis
Ensuring a thorough understanding and application of UK fire safety legislation

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in Fire Engineering
Broad project experience across various sectors
Membership with the Institute of Fire Engineers
A BEng or CEng in Fire Engineering, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in client-facing environments
Familiarity with EWS-1 and PAS 9980 standards

What we offer:

£50,000 – £65,000
