Job Description:

A well-established and respected organisation in the fire safety sector is seeking a motivated Fire Risk Assessor to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to thrive in a supportive environment where your expertise and innovative ideas will be highly valued.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct fire risk assessments for a wide range of building types
Develop thorough fire safety reports and management plans
Provide expert advice to clients on fire safety compliance and mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
Liaise with local fire authorities and approval bodies on fire safety designs
Stay up to date with UK fire safety legislation, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in fire risk assessment
Broad experience across various projects and sectors
Proven track record in client-facing roles, offering clear and concise advice
Familiarity with PAS 79 and BS 9999 standards
Membership with a recognised fire safety body (e.g., IFSM, IFE)
NEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalent qualification
Ideally Tier 2 registered and above

Tier 2 registered and above
