Job Description:

As a First Operator, you play a key role in the production team. This includes leading a team, ensuring smooth operations in the logistics department, and maintaining high performance standards. The role offers development opportunities in a growing international organization.

Job Responsibility:

Guiding your team towards success
working closely with team members to ensure smooth operations on the production line
troubleshooting issues
maintaining high performance standards.

Requirements:

Available to work in a two-shift system
at least two years of experience in a similar role, such as Team Leader or First Operator
excellent knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Office
reasonable understanding of quality systems
can handle stress and adapt to changing priorities
honest and open communicator with a curious mindset for feedback and other perspectives
strong command of the English language
capable of building relationships and acting as a mentor
proactive attitude and willing to take the lead.
