Job Description:

Opportunity to join a top-tier Personal Injury law firm in Manchester as a First Response Team Leader. Responsible for supervising and training call handlers focused on Clinical Negligence enquiries.

Job Responsibility:

Training and supervision of a small team of first response call handlers
handling inbound calls regarding Clinical Negligence enquiries
expanding the team from 4 to 10 call handlers

Requirements:

Previous call handling experience
strong knowledge/understanding of Clinical Negligence
team leader or supervisory experience is ideal but not mandatory
