Job Description:

Join TUI BLUE Palm Garden as a Fitness Instructor to create, deliver, and engage guests with various fitness and wellbeing activities in a dynamic and inclusive work environment. Seasonal or permanent opportunities available with additional benefits like accommodation and access to development resources.

Job Responsibility:

Create and deliver group fitness sessions, including Aqua, Yoga, Pilates, Functional Training, and exercise to music
Deliver wellbeing sessions
Plan and deliver daytime, sport, and evening entertainment
Consistently engage in guest interaction
Deliver highest standards of safety, quality service, and guest experience

Requirements:

Qualifications and experience in Group Fitness Training
Certifications in Group Fitness are mandatory
Additional qualifications and licenses are beneficial
Conversational in English
Additional languages are advantageous
Strong personal experience in sports, fitness, and wellbeing
Fun and vibrant personality
Ability to work solo and as part of an international team
Willingness to learn and complete in-house training
Fully adaptable and flexible
Ability to work well under pressure

Nice to have:

Additional qualifications in Group Fitness Training
Experience as 'Bike Guides'
Certifications or licenses in biking
