Job Description:

Inspect guest rooms and public areas for quality standards, assist management, hire and train employees, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc.
Run sold room reports
Verify room status
Determine discrepant rooms
Prioritize room cleaning
Update status of departing guest rooms
Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities
Act as a liaison to coordinate efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms
Prepare and communicate changes in room assignments
Ensure adherence to quality standards
Complete required paperwork
Welcome and address guests
Report maintenance problems
Maintain confidentiality
Ensure professional appearance
Push and pull work-related machinery
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
