Job Description:

The Riviera Marriott Hotel La Porte de Monaco is hiring a Floor Supervisor for the high season. Responsibilities include coordinating housekeeping efforts, resolving room discrepancies, managing daily activities, and adhering to company policies. Job Responsibility:

Run sold room reports and prioritize room cleaning
Document and resolve discrepancies with guest rooms
Coordinate efforts of various hotel departments
Monitor and update room statuses, including 'Do Not Disturb' rooms
Prepare and distribute room assignments to staff
Ensure rooms are cleaned by specified times
Assist guests and address their service needs
Support team to achieve common goals
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements:

Passion for the hospitality industry
Ability to manage daily activities and coordinate housekeeping, engineering, front office, and laundry
Capability to document and resolve issues with guest rooms
Proficiency in computers for work-related tasks
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Adherence to safety and security procedures
Clean and professional uniform and appearance
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Develop positive working relationships with team members.

Nice to have:

Experience in housekeeping or a related field
Knowledge of additional languages
Familiarity with Marriott brand standards.
