Job Description:

The Floor Supervisor role at Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa Merlin Beach involves overseeing housekeeping standards, managing daily operations, and maintaining guest satisfaction. The position requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience and related work experience.

Job Responsibility:

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pool to ensure quality standards
manage daily housekeeping activities
coordinate efforts with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments
document and resolve room status issues
assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees
follow safety and security protocols
maintain a professional appearance
communicate effectively with staff and guests
handle physical tasks such as lifting and pushing housekeeping carts
perform other job duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Nice to have:

Experience in hospitality industry
ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
knowledge of safety and security policies.
