Job Description:

The role involves preparing and delivering floral arrangements, maintaining the floral shop, and ensuring high standards of service and safety. The position requires physical activity, including lifting and walking extensively.

Job Responsibility:

Trim, water, and prepare flowers for display
Receive flowers from suppliers
Design and create custom floral arrangements
Deliver flowers and floral displays/arrangements
Coordinate site set-up of floral displays/arrangements
Keep storeroom neat and clean
Follow checklist for cleaning shop before closing
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Follow all company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. overhead
Comfortable and able to walk extensively
