Job Description:

As a Food & Beverage Associate at Four Points by Sheraton Chennai Velachery, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and presentation of work areas, following safety protocols, and providing excellent guest service. You will work in a supportive team environment and have opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Job Responsibility:

Complete closing duties
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Follow company and safety policies
Report accidents and unsafe conditions
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality expectations
Read and visually verify information
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects
Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects
Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Reach overhead and below the knees
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
