Job Description:

As a Food Service Specialist, you will provide a superior customer experience by greeting customers, managing the foodservice area, and ensuring cleanliness and stock availability. You will work with a fun, energetic team in a fast-paced environment while developing new skills. Thorson’s Holiday Franchise Group provides excellent training for career advancement in the company.

Job Responsibility:

Greeting customers and providing enhanced customer care in the foodservice areas
Ensuring food and coffee products are well stocked, faced, and the foodservice area is neat, clean, and inviting
Encouraging customers to try food and sharing food product knowledge
Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
Solving problems and offering suggestions

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Motivation to advance your career
Retail experience
Communication and friendly conversation
Interaction with people
Encourage customers to try our food and share food product knowledge with them
Keeping the foodservice area well stocked and clean
Performing at a quick pace while having fun
Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
Coming up with great ideas to solve problems
