Job Responsibility:

  • Conducting forensic planning and delay analysis on complex construction projects
  • Preparing expert reports and providing expert witness testimony
  • Advising clients on contractual and commercial matters related to delays and disruptions
  • Working closely with our team of experts to develop effective strategies for resolving disputes
  • Actively participating in our unique in-house knowledge-sharing and coaching programs
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in forensic planning and delay analysis
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT and NEC)
  • Experience in adjudication and expert witness proceedings
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A relevant degree in a construction-related field
