Job Description:

The FP&A Analyst will play an integral part in budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the financial health of the business.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and present financial reports for management review on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement
Support the financial forecasting and budgeting process on a regular basis
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and variances
Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans
Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to aid in budgeting and planning processes
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiencies across various departments
Assist in the development, measurement, and reporting of Sales incentive plans
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support on special projects as needed
Serve as a subject matter expert and business partner for Sales and Marketing teams to align financial goals with business strategies

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
Understanding and experience with CRM tools
Must be adept at using Crystal Reports
Familiarity with Data Mining Techniques
Proficient in performing Accounting Functions
Knowledge of Accrual Accounting
Auditing skills are required
Must be well-acquainted with Budget Processes
Experience in Capital Management is crucial
