Job Description:

社名非公開の財務、会計、税務、経理業務を担当するFP&Aマネージャーを募集しています。予算策定、予測、戦略的イニシアチブを支援するための財務分析を行い、内部財務データ（P&L、財務諸表、経費、収益など）を分析します。外部経済状況（インフレ、金利など）とそのビジネスへの影響を評価し、ビジネス活動の潜在的な影響を予測する財務モデルを開発します。管理層の意思決定を支援するための報告書やプレゼンテーションを作成し、販売、マーケティング、サプライチェーンチームと協力して予測精度を向上させます。データの正確性を確保し、差異を分析してプロセス改善を提案します。地域の財務チームと協力し、内部統制の遵守を確保します。

Job Responsibility:

Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
Analyze internal financial data (e.g., P&L, financial statements, expenses, revenues)
Assess external economic conditions (e.g., inflation, interest rates) and their business impact
Develop financial models to forecast potential impacts of business activities
Prepare reporting packages and presentations for management decision-making
Work with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to improve forecast accuracy
Ensure data accuracy, analyze variances, and propose process improvements
Collaborate with regional finance teams and ensure compliance with internal controls

Requirements:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective messaging across teams
Proficient in using financial reporting and forecasting systems to support data-driven decision-making
Comfortable engaging with senior management, presenting financial insights, and supporting strategic discussions
Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, with strong spoken and written communication abilities
Adept at collaborating across departments and working in a multicultural environment
