As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be tasked with managing front desk activities, coordinating facility services, handling phone calls, and organizing space. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and staff
Proficiency in using office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, and printers
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
High school diploma or equivalent education level
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
