The main function of this role is to oversee and manage front desk operations in our industry. The workplace environment is dynamic and fast-paced, and the role is crucial in maintaining a smooth flow of operations.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinating and managing all front desk activities
Efficiently handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate parties
Organizing and scheduling meetings and events as needed
Ensuring the facility is well-organized and maintained
Handling the space organization to make sure it's used efficiently
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
Ensuring seamless communication and coordination between different teams
Managing the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain a detail-oriented image
Requirements:
High School Diploma, General Education Degree or equivalent
Prior experience in a Front Desk Coordinator role or similar
Capability to perform Receptionist Duties such as greeting and directing guests, answering phone inquiries, and handling requests or complaints in a detail-oriented manner
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Ability to handle stress and stay calm under various circumstances
Willingness to work in shifts as needed
Customer service-oriented attitude
Basic knowledge of office equipment like printers, fax machines, etc.
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Detail-oriented appearance and attitude
Proficiency in English
