The Front Desk/Office Manager plays a critical role in coordinating and maintaining the office, supporting the execs/owners, and making sure guest visits run smoothly and to the highest standard.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and direct guests with professionalism and courtesy
Set up and break down conference room meetings
Order and stock office supplies, ensuring the office runs smoothly
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and document management
Manage calendars and schedules for multiple executives/owners
Coordinate and book travel arrangements
Provide direct administrative support to executives/owners
Assist with various administrative projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education
3+ years of experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
