Job Description:

As a Front End Manager, you will coordinate pharmacy management goals, lead a team of technicians, and ensure overall compliance within a dispensing pharmacy. This full-time position at CVS Health emphasizes leadership and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and service.

Job Responsibility:

Take ownership and provide supervision for pharmacy technicians in a dispensing pharmacy
Implement quality assurance programs for pharmacy services
Implement policies and procedures for maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of prescription information and patient health care information
Serve as a primary source of information for both internal and external customer questions/concerns

Requirements:

Must be a licensed technician in the state of Virginia or be willing to become so
Previous experience in supervising pharmacy technicians
Previous experience in long term care or equivalent industry
High School Diploma required
