Job Description:

Ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office Department including guest arrival and departure procedures as well as guest services. Continuously strives to improve guest satisfaction and financial performance of the hotel, adhering to the service standards defined by the hotel.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office Department
  • Manages all day to day operations in the Front Office department
  • Ensures compliance with all Front Office SOPs
  • Ensures quality of service and guest satisfaction
  • Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
  • Ensures that all Front Office employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 year degree from an accredited university in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Management or related major
  • Min. six years experience in the Front Office Department, min. 4 years at supervisory/min. 2 years at managerial level
  • Excellent knowledge of Front Office operations
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Efficient team leader with good communication skills
  • Excellent guest relations
  • Result-oriented
  • Good in planning, coordinating, problem solving, and decision making
  • Budgetary analysis capabilities
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and other operational programs used in the hotel
