The Front Desk Trainee will check-in and checkout international guests in accordance with Marriott standards. They will inform and orient guests during their stay to ensure satisfaction and handle administrative tasks for the Front Office department.
Job Responsibility:
Provide a fast, efficient, courteous and personalized check-in/check-out
Greet and direct guests
Recognize regular and elite guests
Respond to guest requests and manage complaints
Adhere to Marriott's accommodation policy and standards
Correctly bill and collect payments
Maintain up-to-date guest files
Maintain communication with different departments
Ensure professional appearance
Apply hotel security measures and procedures
Requirements:
Current college or university student
Physical and stress resistance
Good communication and social skills
