Job Description:

We’re offering an incredible opportunity for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to be the financial driving force within our client's company that values collaboration, flexibility, and growth. Job Responsibility:

Accurately record and oversee all financial transactions in the general ledger
Ensure collections and payments happen seamlessly and on time
Spearhead payroll processing, deductions, tax filings, and benefit administration
Perform detailed bank and credit card reconciliations
Stay on top of project-specific financials, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking
Work closely with external accountants to ensure smooth and timely tax season filings

Requirements:

Proven work history as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar accounting role, ideally in a small business
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software and MS Office- Excel specifically
Hands-on experience with payroll systems and tax filings
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to independently manage priorities
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive financial data with the utmost professionalism
Strong written and verbal communication skills
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
