Job Description:

Join Robert Half’s Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) program as a Full Charge Bookkeeper. Take ownership of impactful projects, benefit from career-long professional development support, and partner with our extensive network of clients.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee all bookkeeping duties for clients
Prepare and maintain financial statements
Manage general ledger activities
Process payroll and maintain compliance
Collaborate with clients to create and maintain budgets
Coordinate with tax professionals and auditors
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks (desktop and online), Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software
Strong knowledge of GAAP and fundamental accounting principles
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt and thrive in a variety of business cultures and environments

Nice to have:

Prior experience with multiple clients/industries
Experience with ERP systems
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
