Job Description:

This role is based in PORTLAND, Oregon, and will involve managing our accounting and financial systems.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the operation of the company's accounting software systems
Handle financial services through ADP
Manage the computerized accounting system to ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date
Utilize Great Plains (GPAC) for various accounting functions
Implement Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation
Carry out all accounting functions, ensuring financial transactions are accurately recorded
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) ensuring timely payments and receipts
Prepare the annual budget and monitor expenses against the budget
Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor the company's financial health

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with Computerized Accounting Systems
Ability to use Great Plains (GPAC)
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
Ability to prepare and manage Annual Budgets
Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis
