Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The role requires familiarity with QuickBooks, the ability to reconcile general ledger accounts, assist with payables, prepare internal financial reports, handle all accounting functions including AP/AR, perform cash flow analysis, and manage annual budgets.

Job Responsibility:

Regularly reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure timely financial data
Assist in the processing of payables to manage financial transactions
Prepare and review internal financial reports for multiple companies to ensure accuracy
Perform accounting analysis of books and records to verify data accuracy
Use Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Excel to manage financial data and create reports
Handle Accounting Functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Utilize QuickBooks for financial management
Participate in special projects to assist other areas of the firm

Requirements:

Familiarity with Computerized Accounting System is necessary
Must be adept at using Microsoft Excel
Ability to handle all Accounting Functions is needed
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required
Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is important
Ability to prepare and manage Annual Budget is crucial
Experience in Cash Flow Analysis is necessary
Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential
