Job Description:

Our amazing clients are looking for Full-Charge Bookkeepers to take the lead on their financial operations. You bring the skills—we'll bring the opportunity to shine!

Job Responsibility:

Manage full-cycle accounting, from accounts payable and receivable to general ledger maintenance, invoicing, and financial reporting
Process payroll, reconcile accounts, and prepare month- and year-end closings
Work closely with leadership to provide insights and help guide financial decisions
Generate detailed financial reports, including cash flow statements, budgets, and forecasts
Assist with tax prep and compliance to keep everything squeaky clean

Requirements:

A knack for precision and an eye for detail
A fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment
Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role
Strong organization skills to keep deadlines your best friend
A cheerful attitude that makes collaboration fun and engaging

Nice to have:

Bonus points if you’re versed in accounting software
