Responsibilities include monitoring customer accounts, handling Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks, performing bank reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and maintaining vendor documentation. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and expertise in financial management.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required
Handle a high volume of Accounts Payable tasks
Manage Accounts Receivable tasks
Perform bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
Provide input for budget preparation
Prepare financial statements for review
Maintain W9s and Certificates of Insurance for Vendors
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Well-versed with Bank Reconciliations
Solid understanding and experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
Expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
Familiarity with Debits and Credits
Ability to Analyze Financial Statements
Experience in Financial Statement Preparation
