Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Sarasota, Florida. Responsibilities include monitoring customer accounts, handling Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks, performing bank reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and maintaining vendor documentation. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and expertise in financial management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required
  • Handle a high volume of Accounts Payable tasks
  • Manage Accounts Receivable tasks
  • Perform bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
  • Provide input for budget preparation
  • Prepare financial statements for review
  • Maintain W9s and Certificates of Insurance for Vendors

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Well-versed with Bank Reconciliations
  • Solid understanding and experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Familiarity with Debits and Credits
  • Ability to Analyze Financial Statements
  • Experience in Financial Statement Preparation
