Job Description:

This role centers around managing all aspects of our accounting functions. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling data entry tasks, utilizing QuickBooks, and applying critical thinking skills to solve problems.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee all accounting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance
Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and records
Conduct data entry tasks with a high level of precision
Apply critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve financial discrepancies
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to maintain cash flow
Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and data analysis
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
Keep up-to-date with accounting best practices and regulations
Ensure all financial data is stored securely and confidentiality is maintained
Continuously seek ways to streamline and improve accounting processes

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
Proven experience with accounting functions, including ledger entries and bank reconciliations
Demonstrated ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is necessary
Proficient in data entry with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and solve accounting issues promptly
