Job Description:

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a part time Full Charge Bookkeeper in Chicago, Illinois. This role involves comprehensive accounting duties and requires someone who is tech-savvy and adept at handling complex financial tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Monitor customer accounts and undertake appropriate actions as necessary
Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks
Utilize accounting software systems - Quickbooks, Altai, Emburse, Excel
Perform annual budget planning and cash flow analysis
Extract financial data from bank statements and input into relevant Excel fields
Manage online expense reporting and reimbursements
Oversee bank deposits and process deposit batches
Handle batch processing tasks and manage linked spreadsheets

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with Quickbooks
Familiarity with Computerized Accounting Systems
Knowledge of Emburse
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Competence in handling all Accounting Functions
Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
Ability to handle Accounts Receivable (AR)
Experience in preparing Annual Budget
Skills in Cash Flow Analysis
