Job Description:

This role will be critical in managing our financial records and ensuring that all accounting functions are performed accurately and on time. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will interact with various areas of the business, helping to maintain a strong financial foundation for our operations.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage all general ledger activity
Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts
Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions
Prepare documentation for external auditors
Conduct regular ledger maintenance
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries tasks
Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks
Collaborate with different teams to ensure correct and timely financial reporting
Adhere to all company procedures and regulations

Requirements:

Bachelors degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
Comprehensive understanding of all Accounting Functions is essential
Ability to handle Accounts Payable (AP) with accuracy
Experience with managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary
Familiarity with QuickBooks Enterprise is a must
Capability to prepare and maintain Journal Entries is needed
Expertise in performing Bank Reconciliations is required
