Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage all accounting functions for our real estate/property management operations.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Regular use of Yardi Property Management software
Comprehensive data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
Conducting General Ledger operations
Preparation and processing of Journal Entries
Execution of Month End Close procedures
Preparation of Financial Statements
Reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate accounting records

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in real estate or property management accounting
Strong background in Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), Bank Reconciliations, Payroll, and General Ledger management
Proficiency in using Yardi and Yardi Property Management software
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Demonstrable experience in accurate and efficient Data Entry
Extensive knowledge and experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Proficiency in maintaining and managing the General Ledger
Experience in preparing and posting Journal Entries
Proven ability to handle Month End Close processes
Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
