Job Description:

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role is in the financial services industry and will be primarily remote. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be expected to maintain the company's financial records post clean-up, as well as handle weekly bill payments and payroll for a small team.

Job Responsibility:

Utilizing accounting software systems to maintain accurate financial records
Reconciling all accounts to the general ledger
Ensuring the general ledger is accurate and up-to-date
Managing weekly bill payments to maintain cash flow
Overseeing payroll processes for a team of three employees
Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various accounting functions
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Performing annual budgeting and cash flow analysis tasks
Utilizing QuickBooks and other computerized accounting systems
Collaborating with a third-party firm to ensure a smooth transition post clean-up

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks
Familiarity with Computerized Accounting System
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to perform Accounting Functions efficiently
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Capability to handle and prepare Annual Budget
Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis
