Job Description:

Operations is the engine house of Citi, providing seamless process execution and leveraging automated solutions. The program offers rotations in areas such as operations optimization, data analytics and digitalization, aiming at developing leadership, collaboration, and risk management skills. Candidates will work to manage processes and ensure high-performance operations with a client-centric approach

Job Responsibility:

Develop analytical and introduction to leadership skills
Cultivate continuous improvement and risk management mindset
Foster collaboration and client-centric behaviors
Apply discipline and excellence on execution
Acquire knowledge in the financial services industry and Operations
Manage processes and services enabling business operations
Contribute to operations optimization, data analytics and insights, and digitalization

Requirements:

Be in your final year of university (Graduation in 2025)
Pursuing a Bachelors’ or Masters degree in Finance, Quantitative Methods, Data Analysis, Big Data, Mathematics or other related degrees
Commitment to personal growth and career development with a strong desire to learn and be successful in a team environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail with an analytical and strategic mindset
Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making
