Job Description:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related
Previous experience in business analysis, functional analysis, or related areas
Ability to understand and document business and functional requirements
Knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project)
Experience with business process analysis and modeling
Knowledge of SQL and ability to perform queries to extract and analyze data
Understanding of ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms
Ability to translate technical requirements into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
Knowledge of analysis and documentation tools such as UML, BPMN, or other process modeling tools
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Specific industry knowledge relevant to the company's sector (finance, healthcare, telecommunications, etc.) is highly valued
Fluent in English
