Job Description:

The Functional PeopleSoft Analyst specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting PeopleSoft HCM solutions to enhance HR operations. This role combines expertise in HCM processes with technical configuration skills to optimize system functionality.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify business requirements, translate them into technical design, and implement solutions in PeopleSoft HCM
Configure and maintain modules such as Payroll, Benefits Administration, Workforce Management, Talent Acquisition, and Self-Service
Support data analytics and reporting within the PeopleSoft environment to provide insight into workforce metrics
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance to ensure efficiency and user satisfaction
Facilitate system upgrades and patches to maintain compliance and improve functionality
Develop user documentation, deliver training, and provide post-implementation support for HCM modules
Integrate PeopleSoft HCM with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR management, information systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst focusing on HCM modules
Comprehensive knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM features, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Absence Management
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 or higher
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex business requirements into technical design
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
