Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Manage fund accounting, tracking investments, capital calls, distributions, and valuations
Prepare financial statements and oversee bank reconciliations and payments
Maintain LP records, manage inquiries, and coordinate document distribution (K-1s, capital statements)
Support audits, investment data tracking, and cap table reconciliations
Collaborate with legal, operations, and investment teams on fund operations

Requirements:

1.5–4 years in venture capital, private equity audit (Big 10 firm preferred)
Strong fund accounting skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
CPA or progress toward certification preferred
Detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical with excellent communication skills
Adaptable and eager to grow in a fast-paced, team-driven culture
