Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Handle Fund and GP ledgers, expenses, accruals, transactions, and allocations
Craft quarterly and yearly financial statements
Work with finance chiefs and external parties for audits and taxes
Monitor cash, manage capital calls, and handle distributions
Oversee Fund Admin's reports and answer queries from partners

Requirements:

5+ years in fund accounting for venture capital or private equity
Accounting or related degree
Experience in investment partnership accounting and tax
Strong Excel skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setup

Nice to have:

Experience in investment partnership accounting and tax
