Job Description:

This role involves responsibilities such as asset management, fund administration, and public accounting in a friendly working environment with good work-life balance and flexibility.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in asset management, fund administration, or public accounting
Extensive experience in SPC accounting and a thorough understanding of J-GAAP
Experience with GAAP conversions (J-GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS) is highly advantageous
A professional accounting qualification (CPA, etc.) is preferred
Proven ability to manage a team effectively and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
Exceptional time management, organizational, and analytical skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges
Proficiency in relevant accounting software
A strong client-service focus and results-oriented mindset

Nice to have:

Experience with GAAP conversions (J-GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS)
A professional accounting qualification (CPA, etc.) is preferred
