Job Description:

This role is primarily involved in the financial services industry, focusing on areas such as data entry, fundraising, and event planning. The work environment will require you to work closely with volunteers and maintain a high level of detail orientation.

Job Responsibility:

Organizing and executing fundraising events
Accurately entering and updating data in the CRM system
Creating and managing development reports using tools like Crystal Reports
Working collaboratively with volunteers to achieve fundraising goals
Ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations and standards
Utilizing the Automated Underwriting System for efficient disbursement of funds
Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders
Utilizing tools like Rasor's Edge for efficient fundraising activities
Managing and creating banner ads for fundraising promotion
Providing counselling and guidance to stakeholders when needed

Requirements:

Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
Familiarity with Automated Underwriting System is desired
Experience with Banner Ads is beneficial
Must have proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Knowledge in Crystal Reports is necessary
Must adhere to Compliance regulations within the fundraising sector
Counselling skills are preferred
Ability to provide counsel to donors and team members
Exceptional Customer Service skills are mandatory
Experience in Disbursement processes within a fundraising context is advantageous

Nice to have:

Counselling skills are preferred
Experience with Banner Ads is beneficial
