Job Responsibility:
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and arranging travel as needed
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, customers, and staff, providing professional and friendly communication
Handle correspondence, such as emails, phone calls, and written communication
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure records are accurate and accessible
Assist in inventory management, including ordering and maintaining office supplies
Support team members with data entry, document preparation, and routine reporting
Coordinate and assist with special projects or events, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed on time
Perform other related administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
1–3+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
an associate's or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to accuracy in all work
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Flexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment
