Job Description:

This position entails responsibility for market and customer strategy, customer and business management, and strategic leadership to ensure the sustainable success of the company. Applicants are expected to have a strong business development background in the transportation service industry.

Job Responsibility:

Market & Customer Strategy – Leverage insights to develop tailored logistics solutions, drive business growth, and expand market reach
Customer & Business Management – Strengthen relationships, ensure high satisfaction, retain key accounts, and identify new growth opportunities
Strategic Leadership & Execution – Lead cross-functional collaboration, oversee project delivery, and ensure operational excellence for sustainable success

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree
Minimum 10 years of business development experience within the transportation service industry
Proven track record of generating new business and driving customer retention
Strong strategic and tactical problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to address complex challenges effectively
Proficiency in financial analysis, pricing strategies, and cost management
