Job Description:
The General Manager HR will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, developing recruitment strategies, handling employee relations, overseeing performance management, identifying training needs, administering compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and optimizing HR systems and processes.

Requirements:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding policies, procedures, and programs
  • Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Oversee the performance management process, including setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback
  • Implement performance improvement plans and monitor progress
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions and workshops
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations
  • Conduct salary surveys and analyze compensation trends
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Drive the implementation and optimization of HR systems and processes
  • Utilize HRIS and other tools to manage employee data and generate reports
