Job Description:

We are currently looking for a General Manager for a Pharmaceutical Manufacturer with a legacy of more than 47 years. This position requires your urgent attention.

Job Responsibility:

Provide strategic leadership by collaborating with the Board and management to define long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies
Oversee financial management, including budget analysis, financial reporting, and enhancing financial policies and procedures
Drive organisational effectiveness by evaluating the structure, fostering talent development, and leading strategic initiatives
Ensure operational excellence by leading large teams, managing complex operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including with the Board, management, external vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field is required
10 years of related experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in contracts and negotiation, is necessary
Proven experience in leading large teams and managing complex operations is essential
Able to relocate to Indonesia.
