Job Description:

The hiring company is a leading retail development and investment firm, renowned for managing one of the region’s most prominent malls. This prime location offers a vibrant mix of retail, dining, and entertainment options, attracting both local and international visitors. They are looking for an individual who can contribute to the growth and success of the business by bringing fresh ideas, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving customer engagement to create long-term value.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze market demand and develop strategic plans to ensure the mall’s growth and direction align with business objectives
Oversee all aspects of mall management, including leasing and tenant relations, business planning, financial management (P&L), marketing, operations, customer service, asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs), tenant mix strategy, compliance, and more
Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to maximize the mall’s profitability and operational efficiency
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive business growth
Lead budget planning and financial oversight to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity within retail mall management, with exposure to all aspects of shopping mall management, including Leasing, Marcom, Operations, Credit Control, Finance, etc.
Strong business acumen and up-to-date knowledge of current retail market trends
Driven, ambitious, and assertive character
Strong communication and leadership skills.
