Job Description:

The General Manager position at Marriott Executive Apartments Addis Ababa involves leading all aspects of the property operation, including guest satisfaction, human resources, sales, and financial performance. The role requires strategic business leadership to ensure brand service alignment, delivery of a positive return on investment, and development of business plans for maximizing customer satisfaction and market share.

Job Responsibility:

Functions as the primary strategic business leader of the property with responsibility for all aspects of the operation
Ensures implementation of the Marriott Executive Apartments brand service strategy and brand initiatives
Builds owner loyalty through proactive communication
Develops business plans designed to maximize property customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share
Interacts with guests and other customers to obtain feedback
Represents brand values in all leadership actions
Creates a high-performance Executive Committee and development plans for employees
Ensures property compliance with legal, safety, labor, and brand standards
Develops effective extended stay pricing strategies

Requirements:

General Manager experience in limited or full-service property
Extended stay or serviced apartment experience
Property industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
