Job Description:

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a General Office Clerk in the Healthcare industry, located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. As a General Office Clerk, you will be tasked with managing a variety of administrative functions including data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized files.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately process customer credit applications
Maintain and update customer credit records
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary
Provide administrative assistance as needed, including printing, copying, and shipping functions
Manage data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for daily tasks
Maintain an organized file system for easy access and retrieval
Schedule appointments as required
Handle scanning tasks and ensure documents are correctly stored

Requirements:

Proven track record in delivering excellent Customer Service
Proficient in Data Entry
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience with Microsoft Outlook
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Demonstrated ability in Organizing Files
Experience in Scanning
Ability to Schedule Appointments
Familiarity with Shipping Functions
