Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Geospatial professional to play a key role in shaping geospatial platforms, products, and integrations. In this role, you will provide strategic and technical leadership, guiding the development of geospatial solutions. You will also be responsible for designing, integrating, and optimizing geospatial systems that support a wide range of business needs. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, implementing best practices, mentor team members, and driving excellence in platform and product management across cloud and hybrid environments.
Job Responsibility:
  • Develop and enhance geospatial products using ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online (AGOL), and FME
  • Lead the technical integration of geospatial solutions across platforms and business units
  • Advocate for cloud-based geospatial architectures and implement CI/CD best practices
  • Collaborate with Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align geospatial solutions with business objectives
  • Research and implement emerging geospatial technologies to drive innovation
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of geospatial platforms
  • Provide technical mentorship and foster knowledge-sharing across the team
  • Support and maintain geospatial applications, ensuring reliability and adherence to service levels
Requirements:
  • Experience with Esri (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online) and Safe Software (FME Form, and FME Flow)
  • Experience deploying and managing geospatial solutions in cloud and hybrid environments (Azure or AWS)
  • Leadership experience with a strong ability to guide and inspire technical teams in an Agile environment
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD & ITIL service management
  • Technical proficiency in SQL Server, cloud storage, and geospatial data management
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing new solutions to enhance geospatial capabilities
  • Experience leading technical initiatives within an Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment
