Job Description:

This role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) offers an opportunity to learn and grow within the GLO Sourcing Procurement team. The program aims to mentor individuals with leadership potential and strategic thinking capability by engaging them in procurement category management and supply chain analysis.

Job Responsibility:

Interaction with HPE internal stakeholders and suppliers
Development on core procurement category management skills (data intelligence, analysis, stakeholder management, supplier evaluations & interaction, contracts, implementation)
Develop network across peers and leadership in our organization
Execute analysis of supply chain IT dependencies, connecting B2B signalling to cost and time to change providers, and identifying issues and their impact
Identify opportunities for process improvement and develops recommendations

Requirements:

University degree within business, supply chain or logistics
Intermediate-Advanced English language skill level
Good understanding of Logistics (plan, source, make deliver)
Good analytical skills
Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
Good communication skills
Good teamwork skills
