Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage the process of year-end U.S. Federal and state tax provisions
Lead the tax close process
Supervise U.S. Federal and state income tax compliances for affiliated entities
Manage International, US federal, state and local tax audits
Stay up-to-date on financial reporting guidelines
Identify and leverage opportunities for tax planning
Evaluate International, U.S. Federal and state tax impacts of new transactions
Oversee Transfer Pricing functions
Work closely with business unit leaders, accounting department, finance team, legal department, human resources department

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting
Masters in Taxation highly preferred
Comprehensive understanding and experience with Federal and State Income Tax
Proficiency in managing Income Tax Provision
Prior experience in Global Transfer Pricing
