Job Description:

The primary purpose of this role is to support governance and facilitation of end-to-end Annual Planning Process aimed to finalize Technology Book of Work (BoW) for the upcoming year. The role involves engaging with key stakeholders (Wealth Business, Technology, and Finance) and ensuring the delivery of program milestones within agreed timelines. The role also includes participation in global standardization programs to ensure consistent processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support running end-to-end Annual Planning Process Globally
  • Support BOW Planning and Tools Lead in finalizing governance & framework
  • Define tools, timelines, and process steps
  • Create and execute project plan
  • Facilitate discussions for prioritization and investment benefit methodology
  • Participate in Global Programs for standardization
  • Ensure financial targets are defined and communicated
  • Develop relationships across business and functions partners
  • Influence and negotiate with senior leaders
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a technology planning or program management role
  • Subject matter expert in one or more areas of technology planning
  • Experience with annual budgeting process, demand management and negotiating across multiple parties
  • Experience in project / program delivery
  • Experience interacting with senior management on a regular basis
  • Track record of driving cooperation in multi-country environment
  • Experience in financial area and Citi Project Tracking System (PTS) would be an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
