Job Description:

The role involves helping with all day-to-day tasks including preparation, manufacture, and inspection of compounding medicine. Support is provided for cleanroom production processes such as aseptic compounding, equipment utilization, inventory control, environmental monitoring, and compliance with the Manufacturing Licence and Quality System requirements. The position operates on a rotating shift schedule between Monday and Friday.

Job Responsibility:

label all product types according to product specifications
perform equipment checks
prioritise jobs
dispense and manufacture all product types
validate aseptic technique
maintain productivity and efficiency
control isolator inventory
meet turnaround times
sanitise equipment and components following SOPs
complete routine equipment sampling, maintenance, and testing
select, prepare, and sanitize raw materials
report sanitisation deviations
clean and maintain all areas

Requirements:

GCSE or equivalent English & Mathematics
previous experience in a GMP environment would be a plus but not required
experience in a fast-paced environment such as manufacturing and retail/hospitality would also be considered
ability to work with computers is required
good oral/written communication
high attention to detail is required to succeed in the role
